Willian Cardenas
Co-Founder
Willian was born and raised in Maracay, Venezuela. He earned a degree in Law at the Bicentennial University of Aragua. After graduation, Willian practiced law in Venezuela for two years. He then moved to Chile, where he learned the ins and outs of the catering business as a Bartender. At the age of 26, Willian decided to leave his country and come to the United States. When he arrived, he started a career in event production. After four years of working in the event production industry, Willian decided to venture off to his own endeavors. Partnered along with his wife Tess, they created W Event Design.
Tess Cardenas
Co-Founder
Tess was born and raised in Miami, FL. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Florida International University . At the age of 18, Tess began her career in the entertainment industry performing with various artists in the music industry and local professional dance companies for corporate events. With her experience on stage she knows what it takes to put on a full production! After her years of dancing, Tess found her way off the stage and entered the world of event production and event planning. With over 10 years of experience in the event industry and working alongside the most well known planners in Miami, Tess decided to partner up with her husband Willian and create W Event Design
